Hi, I’m Bill Davenport — founder of Anchored Market Ventures and the Florida Alliance of Farmers Markets.
After serving 20+ years in the U.S. Navy, I traded my sea legs for farmers markets, driven by a mission to serve local communities in a whole new way.
What started as running a single market has grown into a statewide effort to support farmers, makers, market managers, and the shoppers who believe in buying local.
Through Anchored Market Ventures, I’ve helped vendors and markets grow through education, tools, and boots-on-the-ground experience.
